1. Order Confirmation

• All orders are confirmed after they are received.

• Once confirmed, they are prepared for dispatch.

2. Dispatch & Courier

• Orders are shipped through different courier partners.

• Daily dispatch time is 8:00 PM.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.

• Delivery may vary depending on courier service and location.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD option is available.

• If the courier allows, customers may open and check the parcel before accepting.

• After acceptance, River Bazar will not be responsible for any damage or missing items.
