🛍️ Return & Refund Policy – River Bazar

At River Bazar, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

If the courier service allows parcel inspection before acceptance, customers are strongly advised to check the package and contents carefully.
By accepting and receiving the parcel, the customer confirms that the order has been received in satisfactory condition.
River Bazar will not be liable for claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after the parcel has been accepted, unless supported by clear evidence at the time of delivery.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges are only available for products that are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrectly delivered
Customers must contact our support team before returning any item for exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless:
- The product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In eligible cases, River Bazar will cover the return shipping costs.
